= sol stands for "skilled occupation list" .Australian government designed a “profession list” where they still need manpower. But you have to have previous study and skill to apply for residency by starting one of those profession. Thats why its a good idea to choose from those selected subjects/courses ,make sure your previous study is related to your chosen carrier/profession .
