Why Australia ?

Did you know Australia has the third highest number of international students in the
world behind only the United Kingdom and the United States despite having a population of only 23 million? This isn’t surprising when you consider Australia has seven of the top 100 universities in the world! In fact, with over 22,000 courses across 1,100 institutions, Australia sits above the likes of Germany, the Netherlands and Japan, ranking eighth in the Universitas 2012 U21 Ranking of National Higher Education Systems. These are strong academic credentials, but our institutions are just as highly rated as the cities that house them around the country. Australia has five of the 30 best cities in the world for students based on student mix, affordability, quality of life, and employer activity – all important elements for students when choosing the best study destination. And with more than A$200 million provided by the Australian Government each year in international scholarships, we’re making it easier for you to come and experience the difference an Australian education can make to your future career opportunities. Do you have a specific study area of interest? There is every chance Australia has you covered, with at least one Australian university in the top 50 worldwide across the study areas of Natural Sciences & Mathematics, Life & Agricultural Sciences, Clinical Medicine & Pharmacy, and Physics. Given this impressive education pedigree, it’s not surprising there are now more than 2.5 million former international students who have gone on to make a difference after studying in Australia. Some of these students are among the world’s finest minds. In fact, Australia has produced 15 Nobel prize laureates and every day over 1 billion people around the world rely on Australian discoveries and innovations – including penicillin, IVF, ultrasound, Wi-Fi, the Bionic Ear, cervical cancer vaccine and Black Box Flight Recorders – to make their lives, and the lives of others, better. Why wouldn’t you want to study with some of the best minds in the world?

IELTS Tips and tricks-

Listening
1. At the beginning of each section read the questions carefully before the recording starts. This will help you to follow the recording and identify the answers.
2. Listen carefully for clues that indicate which stage of the recording you are listening to - for example, words such as ‘firstly’, ‘my next point’, ‘to sum up’. These words will help you identify which question you have reached.
Reading
1. To improve your performance in the Reading test you need to practise by reading a variety of English texts. This will help you develop the ability to read quickly as is required under test conditions.
2. The texts included in the Reading test always contain the information you need to answer the question. You won’t have to use your own knowledge of a topic.
Writing
1. Be careful to use your own words. The examiner will not include words copied from the question in the word count.
2. Make your position or point of view as clear as possible in your essay for Academic Writing Task 2. Your last paragraph should be a conclusion which is consistent with the arguments you have included in your essay.
Speaking
1. In the lead up to the Speaking test, make sure you take the time to practise speaking English – with friends, at work and on the phone. You should also consider recording yourself, so that you are confident speaking English during your test.
2. There are no right or wrong answers in the Speaking test. The examiner will assess you on how well you can express your ideas and opinions in good English.
Others-
1. In Listening, use the example at the beginning of the first section to familiarize yourself with the sound, the situation, and the speakers.
2. Keep listening until the recording stops, looking only at the questions that relate to the part being played.
3. There are often pauses in the recording between different sections. Use these to prepare for the next set of questions.
4. Answer Listening questions in the order they appear on the Question Paper. Remember that they normally follow the order of the information in the recording.
5. At the end of the recording you have some time to transfer your answers to the Answer Sheet. Check your grammar and spelling as you do so.
6. In Academic Reading, begin by going quickly through each passage to identify features such as the topic, the style, the likely source, the writer’s purpose and the intended reader.
7. As you read, don’t try to understand the precise meaning of every word or phrase. You don’t have time, and those parts of the text might not be tested anyway.
8. Reading tasks sometimes have an example answer. If this is the case, study it and decide why it is correct.
9. Some tasks require you to use words from the text in the answer; in others you should use your own words. Check the instructions carefully.
10. The instructions may also include a word limit, e.g. Use no more than three words. Keep to this by avoiding unnecessary words in your answer.
11. In Academic Writing, you must always keep to the topic set. Never try to prepare sections of text before the exam.
12. Keep to the suggested timing: there are more marks possible for Task 2 than Task 1.
13. Organize and link your ideas and sentences appropriately, using a wide range of language and showing your ability (in Task 2) to discuss ideas and express opinions.
14. If you write less than 150 words in Task 1 or less than 250 in Task 2 you will lose marks, but there is no maximum number of words for either.
15. When you plan your essay, allow plenty of time at the end to check your work.
16. In Speaking, don’t try to give a prepared speech, or talk about a different topic from the one you are asked to discuss.
17. Always speak directly to the Examiner, not to the recording equipment.
18. Whenever you reply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to the Examiner’s questions, add more details to your answer. In each case, aim to explain at least one point.
19. Remember that you are not being tested on your general knowledge but on your ability to communicate effectively.
20. Organize and link your ideas and sentences appropriately, talking clearly at normal speed and using a wide range of structures and vocabulary

What is SVP ???

SVP is a term referring to "streamlined visa processing". This means that your university is mainly responsible for taking care of your financial details etc. So, by the time you apply for the visa DIBP doesn't have to go through lengthy verifications. When you apply though SVP, your assessment level is set to 1. Each country has its own assessment level set by the DIBP which determines the risk factor of that particular country. Assessment level 1 means that there is lowest risk of you coming to Australia and thus the decision time is greatly decreased and hence you are granted the visa much quicker.
Now, this doesn't means you will always get a decision in 20 - 30 days through SVP. AHC is extremely unpredictable in this regard and can take upto 4 months even under SVP. So in my understanding, when they say that each SVP candidate has assessment level 1 regardless of their country, the lie. I would say that if you are in Pakistan, more often than not, you are lucky to get faster decision time under SVP.
If you have any questionable study gaps in your study timeline, you're most likely to get an interview call. Prepare for it. Otherwise, just pray for the best. Your university seems to have a good reputation. Hopefully, you'll get your visa on time iA

2nd blood : uncle, aunt, cousin , father/mother in low,
Any blood : any one who is not your relative willing to show his/her money for you
>> How much money my sponsor need to show on his account?
= its depends on the situation on average 30 lac PKR

Study loan

It's possible to show study loan as a secure available fund and it's the best option. It's increase the visa success. But, don't forget about "source of income" to prove that your sponsor able to repay the study loan

Possible Reasons for Visa Refusal

Most of the student visa application got refused by immigration for one or multiple of these reason/s.And ive also provided some guideline to recover these issues -
1. False income source of sponsor .
= Do not provide any documents to prove your sponsors income source what is not standard enough to prove that .Immigration officer are very expert to trace which documents is real and which is not.dont try to make them fool.

2. Previous study is not related to your applied course
= Make sure the course/subject you choose for apply it has connection to your previous course /subject in HSC/Graduation or your very recent job.

3. Study gap.
= If you have study gap , make sure you provide short courses/diploma courses what is related to your previous study to recover your gap.Or if you are a job holder ,provide your job proof documents, make sure your job is related to your study. Keep on mind , immigration does not want any applicant passed a long time jobless/study-less.

4. Not enough money shown to cover full length of your course
= Make sure your sponsor showing enough money to cover your whole course cost + living cost.

5. Statement of purpose is not clear.
= Make sure you have a clear statement of purpose. describe clearly why you choose this course, what you going to do after finishing this course , how you will manage the expenses .
Do not forget to provide enough documents to support your statement

6. Not meeting health or character requirements
= Provide documents to prove your character ,such as "police clearance".

7. Any other misleading information/documents
= Make sure the information from all of provided documents reflecting the same thing .Do not provide different information in different document

Source of income

Now a days its a big headache ,how to show the income source to the immigration .In most cases, if the applicant are not able to provide the proof of income ,no matter how strong your application is, it will be refused .You have to prove them how your sponsor could arrange your money while you are studying overseas .So , start organizing your required document to prove your sponsors source of income. Here is few tips you can follow-

1. If your sponsor is a businessman: Try to collect "purchase invoice" ,"sales cash memo" for last 6 months, as many-as better .Keep on mind the profit of that business has to be twice than your living+study cost in a particular time slot.

2. If your sponsor is a service holder : Try to collect document of proof that he/she receiving salary every month from his company for last one year.

3. If your sponsor is a retired service holder ,you can show pension money as a source of income

4. If your sponsor has land you can show "income from crops" or "land-lease money"(best for pakistani students as you can make fake doc easilysmile emoticon )

5. If your sponsor has house/flat you can show "income from house rent"

6. Remember, you can show as many source as your sponsor has .just make sure your are providing reasonable evidence to prove your statement.

7. Maximum 5 person could be sponsor for 1 applicant.

8. Prove them by documents that your sponsor/s has double income than what you need for your study and living .

For example , if you are applying for 1 year course and your total estimated expenses will be 20 lac PKR , prove them your sponsor/s has a income of minimum 40 lac PKR per year.
Everything will go so smoothly you cant even imagine as soon as you have clear sponsor support .If you/your sponsor are tight on the budget, i suggest, try multiple sponsor providing multiple source of income ..
Best of luck. like emoticon
